| | (ONLINE DESIGNER CASTING) Hello Designers, Thank you for your interest in participating in the Small Boutique Fashion Week NYC 2012 showcase. The event will be held at the esteemed Metropolitan Pavilion on 18th Street, NYC on Saturday, September 8th, 2012. At SBFW you will have the opportunity to meet boutique owners, wardrobe / celebrity stylists, MUA and Hairstylists, and members of the fashion press looking for fashion designers for potential editorials, as well as, ad campaigns. This Fall's sponsors include LTW Custom Cosmetics, City Model & Talent, and Plomo Shoes.
You are currently registered for the September 2012 Small Boutique Fashion Week NYFW showcase. However, your participation in the showcase is not complete! We currently have 4 open slots in our September 8th showcase. If you would like to participate please read below carefully and submit your photos for review as soon as possible.
DESIGNERS OPPORTUNITY/AMENITIES- Expand your network of fashion industry professionals
- Gain exposure for your brand
- Models will be casted for you, however, you can refer models to castings
- Show and sell your work to boutique owners / buyers, fashion press (including bloggers), hundreds of guests, and wardrobe / celebrity stylists
- You will be provided marketing and promotion via NYFW event listings, website listings, social media promotion, event program, and more.
- You will be provided with a Rack (provided all requirements and deadlines are met)
- You will be provided with Lookbook template, if needed, to help you prepare for buyers
- Wholesale general admission tickets available for purchase
- You will be provided with links to all press from show
- Limited Designer openings remaining (3 showcases will be held throughout the day)
REQUIREMENTS - Must be a wardrobe clothing designer to participate
- All clothing must be well made (determined by SBFW casting director)
- Must be interested and ready to sell and/or market your brand
- Must submit portfolio or photos of your work ASAP (the earlier you do this the better limited slots remaining)
- $350 participation fee ($100 deposit due by 8/7/2012)
NEXT STEPS: - Submit your portfolio / pictures for online casting to: (sbfashionweek@gmail.com) ASAP (Please do not over think this process! The photos do not have to be taken by a professional photographer.) MODEL MAYHEM AND FACEBOOK LINKS ACCEPTED.
We ask that you submit photos of your work (please send low resolution files) and/or links to where your work can be viewed. Please note that the show format is subject to change all participating designers will be informed in the event of a format change prior to the deposit/payment due date.
